Flat roof system on brackets secured to the single ply roof structure, so that no ballast was needed. The East-West panel arrangement was low-profile and aerodynamic for this exposed location, and provided a good spread of power throughout the day. Each flat had its own group of panels, a dedicated inverter and connection into its metered supply. DC cabling was run from the roof to the basement plant room, with firefighter isolators at the top of the building, for immediate shutdown in the event of a fire or power failure.
