Supply chain issues related in mineral extraction, transport, trade, handling, processing and export, specifically including silicon
Fraud, bribery or corruption
Health and safety issues
Environmental concerns
Unethical business conduct
Serious breaches of company policy
Concerns will be treated confidentially and, where requested and permitted by law, anonymously. Individuals who raise concerns in good faith will not suffer retaliation, disadvantage or detriment as a result of speaking up.
We will acknowledge any complaint within two working days, assess it confidentially and aim to respond within 10 working days. Where further investigation is required, we will provide updates where appropriate. We will keep a confidential record of the entire process.
